New promo tool: hosted and downloadable landing pages!

We have added a new promo tool: landing pages for mixed and niche traffic. This is a good solution if you have low quality traffic, mixed traffic or traffic in a particular niche but want to let your surfer choose. If you haven't got your own landing pages yet, you can use the ones we have. You can send traffic to the landing pages on our domain or download and host them on your own server (read instructions first!).
